Taubman Centers plans to open its 1.4 million-sf Dolphin Mall inWest Dade March 1 as a joint venture with Swerdlow Real Estate.Seven months later, the Michigan-based REIT will debut the 1.3million-sf Mall at Wellington Green, Palm Beach County, Oct. 5.
Anchoring the Mall at Wellington Green at Forest Hill Boulevardand U.S. 441 are Nordstrom, Lord & Taylor, Dillard's, J.C.Penney and Burdine's.
Planning to open their doors this year in time for the Christmassales season and the arrival of winter residents from the north arethe Palladium Company's joint-ventured 600,000-sf CityPlace in theWest Palm Beach CBD and Simon Property Group's' 293,000-sfNordstrom-anchored addition to Town Center at Boca Raton.
