The new office, which will employ 15 people, is situated in theAlliance Commerce Center 14 building.
The logistics operation presently handles AT&T's operationsin 221,331-sf in the Gateway 19 building and 108,261 sf in theGateway 27 structure. Matt Pieper, ATC Logistics vice president oflogistics operations, says the deal has been inked due to thepotential customer market in and around Alliance, in existing andnew companies.
Alliance now houses 94 companies, 27 of which are Fortune 500operations. In the past six months, Hillwood has leased about230,000 sf of office space in AllianceTexas, which includesAlliance, Circle T Ranch and Heritage.
