The 17,254-sf complex will include 65 stalls in the garage. Theowner of the property is the Thrifty Oil Company.

Construction plans call for the use of steel studs with I-beamsand ducking, with the second floor built with concrete poured overdecking and a truss roof. Interior surfaces will be drywall.

When completed, exterior surfaces will be similar to the stoneand plaster used in the new Mission Viejo Public Library buildingacross the street. With City Hall expected to move into thevicinity, homogeneity is expected for new construction in thearea.
