Fox replaced R. Byron Carlock Jr. who resigned as executive vicepresident and chief investment officer. Fox was formerly chiefaccounting officer. He has been with Post for four years.
John R. Allums is the new executive vice president ofconstruction for the REIT's western markets. He replaces James F.Duffy who has retired. Allums is based in Dallas. He joined thecompany in 1997 when Post merged with Dallas-based Columbus RealtyTrust.
