Janitorial Supply Firm Purchases Downtown Building

SAN DIEGO-A janitorial supply company has bought a 15,631-sf building in Downtown for $1.21 million.

SAN DIEGO-Padre Janitorial Supplies has purchased a new building at 3380 Market St. for $1.21 million.

The 15,631-sf building is situated on a one-acre parcel and was built by Ken Taylor of Taylor Construction. Padres Janitorial bought the building from C2C, a limited-liability partnership that also developed the property.

Ron Bement of CB Richard Ellis’ San Diego Central office represented both parties in the transaction.
