Paine Webber and Swiss Re, a re-insurer, will lease a combined37,000 sf in Phase II of the Gainey Center, a Class A officeproject being developed at the southeast corner of Scottsdale Roadand Gainey Suites Drive within Gainey Village, a mixed-usedevelopment.

Paine Webber, a full-service securities firm, will lease 30,000sf for its sixth and largest Arizona branch location. Swiss Re willlease 7,000 sf.

"The Gainey Ranch Area is becoming a magnet for companieslooking for quality space and a thriving business market," saysJeff Roberts, director of real estate development for Opus West,which is developing Gainey Village. The development is a 55-acremixed-use project with close proximity to some of Scottsdale's bestresorts, restaurants and shops.
