Ronnisch was awarded the contract to complete both the site andconstructionwork. The project will include a 120,000-sf store, a16,000 sf garden center, and an 1,800-sf Tool Rental Center. TheToolRental Center is a new feature for Home Depot.
The new site is expected to be completed by June 2001, and marksthe 13thproject that Home Depot has awarded Ronnisch since1999.Ronnisch, of Southfield, offers a full range of generalcontracting,construction management, and design/build services.
