Area Broker Secures Deals for OneStop.com

WHITE PLAINS-An area brokerage firm has secured leases totaling approximately 105,000 sf of space in Georgia and California for an on-line e-commerce company.

Howard Properties states that it has represented OneStop.com in a sublease of 90,687 sf of space from GTE Wireless Services Corp., at 245 Perimeter Center Parkway in Atlanta. OneStop.com’s headquarters, marketing, editorial and business development functions will be housed at the Atlanta property, which is owned by Equity Office Properties, according to Howard L. Greenberg, president of Howard Properties, Ltd.

In the second transaction, OneStop.com leased 13,682 sf of space at Bishop Ranch Business Park in San Ramon Calif., for its technology and software development groups.

OneStop.com is an aggregator and seller of products, services and information over the Internet. The company is projected to have a total of 23 specialty sites launched by the end of this year, Greenberg relates. Howard Properties represented OneStop.com in both transactions.
