The terminal, located at South 14th Street and Pacific Avenue,will soon be the site of 95 to 98 parking spaces, according to MikeHickey, a real estate broker with Neil Walter Co., which ismanaging the project. The property is owned by Haub BrothersEnterprises Trust, which also owns the Columbia Bank Center, an186,000 sf, 9-story class "A" office building currently underconstruction a block away. Hickey says the parking spaces, whichare in high demand in Tacoma, will first be offered to tenants atthe Columbia Bank Center.

The Greyhound facilities will shift to a newly constructed bushub it is leasing in the new Tacoma Dome Plaza located at 510Puyallup Ave. The hub, part of a second phase, $22 million projectof Pierce Transit and Sound Transit, includes a six-story,1200-stall parking garage and a public plaza that will open with apublic ceremony at noon this Wednesday.
