In the past, Persson has represented such organizations as theTeachers Retirement Union of Illinois, the IBM Pension Plan,Prudential, JFR Global Investments and Invesco Realty Life. In thelast three years, he has been involved in investment salestransaction totaling some $75 million. Since 1994, he has completedmore than 700,000 sf of leasing assignments value at more than $75million.
GVA Williams-NJ was known as Associated Realty until the companywas acquired earlier this year by the New York City-based GVAWilliams.
