GHP officials note that the mortgage bears an interest rate of8.26% and an amortization schedule of 30 years. GHP, which is basedhere, purchased the West Red Oak Lane buildings from the ArchonGroup of Washington, DC.

The two White Plains class A properties are 95% occupied. Thecomplex is home to the corporate headquarters of ITT Industries aswell as the divisional operations of Verizon and Houlihan ParnesRealtors, LLC.

In less than one year since its formation, GHP has purchased twooffice/flex buildings in Northern New Jersey, two office/flexproperties in Rockland County, NY and one building in Westport, CT.The company now owns three buildings in Westchester County.
