Construction is under way on the building, which is expected tobe ready for occupancy in June 2001. The rental rate at BrooksideConcourse is $21.50 per sf.

Agilent Technologies, a spin-off of Hewlett-Packard, plans toset up a sales office in the Brookside space. The now independentcompany, headquartered in Palo Alto, CA, went public last Novemberwith a $2.1 billion initial public offering. The firm's majorbusiness is tests and measurements for circuitry in the technologyindustry.

The 45-acre Brookside Concourse is being developed by the AlterGroup based in Chicago. Plans for the project include a total ofseven buildings with more than 550,000 sf of office space. Threebuildings are currently completed.
