Broadview Networks, a telecommunications company, has signed for18,646 sf in Building I, at 3928 Pender Dr. Equus representedBroadview.Trammell Crow is developing, leasing and managing thespeculative, four-building complex for a joint venture of CrowHoldings and Westbrook Partners. The park will have 171,000 sf ofoffice space when completed later this month.
Three buildings are now fully leased and the fourth is undernegotiation for a full-building user.
