The non-profit company, sponsored by the non-denominationalChristian Churches of Arizona, operates a number of retirementhousing centers in the state. The non-profit has renamed thecomplex Fellowship Square and plans to spend more than $2 millionto completely refurbish the property, including the addition of an11,000-sf dining and recreational facility. Chicago-based EquityResidential Trust was the seller.
The Phoenix and Tucson offices of CB Richard Ellis representedthe seller in the negotiations.
