The privately-held, family-run company will relocate in aboutthree years from its original, 10-acre founding site on southOrange Avenue where it has occupied a 125,000-sf plant for the 76years of its existence.
Correct Craft produces 2,500 boats a year and projects it canincrease that volume to about 4,000 at the larger plant. Thecompany manufactures six lines of boats used for wake-boarding andskiing. The firm plans to boost its work force of 100 to 300.
The company posted 1999 gross sales of $60 million. CorrectCraft boats sell for $32,000 to $45,000.
