DST Realty will build a 227,000 sf productionbuilding andrenovate existing buildings in a former rail yard alongSouthwestBoulevard and 26th Street.Plans had been slowed because of costs toclean up the contaminated areaand by an outstanding balance owed tothe Hispanic Development Corp. byWestside Industrial Park LLC.

Under the new agreement, DST Realty will pay $1.2 million forinterestin Westside Industrial Park and will cover the $580,000balance owed tothe Hispanic Development Corp.

DST Realty plans to create a site for Output TechnologySolutions Inc.,a bill processing company. Output TechnologySolutions and DST Realtyare both subsidiaries of DST Systems Inc.,a Kansas City-basedinformation processing and computer softwareservices company.
