It has 25 Escala lots and afinal eight in Wimberly under contract, with closings expected forthe fourth quarter.In other second-quarter news, Stratus and thecity are still trying to negotiate an out-of-court settlement in aCircle C annexation while attempting to resolve developmententitlements for its remaining Austin properties.
