That's especially true in south Florida, where these providershaven't started lining up buildings, which is one of the reasonsWired Business wants to be there."It's nearly virgin territory froma competitive perspective," says Fisher.The company has struckpartnerships with Abood and Associates, America's Capital Partners,Capital Realty Services, Davide Realty, EF Hutton Realty, TateIndustries and Welsh Companies.

In the increasing competition with other building-centricproviders like Allied Risers, Cypress Communications, Everest,eLink and others, Wired Business says it is the low-cost provider,and will win where competition revolves around price. Started in1998, the company is not as far advanced as other firms, butbelieves it can catch up quicker with some of its older rivals."When you start peeling it away, you find people have signed lotsof deals for access but they haven't lit many buildings," Fishersays.
