West Plaza, the first building in the project, is a two-story,71,478-sf office project with suites ranging in size from 3,000 to71,478 sf. The second phase of the center will include threebuildings ranging in size from 50,000 to 75,000 sf and totaling175,000 sf.
The entire Kelly Corporate Center is being developed by theAllen Group, with Reno Construction as the general contractor andSmith Consulting Architects as the architect. Project completionand tenant occupancy isscheduled for March 2001.
Leasing is being handled by Rick Reeder, Justin Halenza and KentMoore of Business Real Estate Brokerage Co.
