The move is being made byKinseth Hospitality Cos., a hotelownership, development, constructionand renovation company. Kinsethis a franchisee of Holiday Inn and GreenMill. The company, based inan Iowa City, Iowa suburb, owns two dozenhotels throughout theMidwest.
The new hotel will also have a Green Mill Restaurant and Bar.GreenMill, based in St. Paul, Minn., is a full-service restaurantand bar.Renovation is expected to cost about $5 million and becompleted inFebruary.
