Kinseth Hospitality Cos. to Convert Suburban Hotel

OVERLAND PARK, KS- Radisson Hotel Overland Park to become a Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites.

OVERLAND PARK, KS-The Radisson Hotel Overland Park, located at 8787 Reeder Road, is beingconverted to a Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites.

The move is being made byKinseth Hospitality Cos., a hotel ownership, development, constructionand renovation company. Kinseth is a franchisee of Holiday Inn and GreenMill. The company, based in an Iowa City, Iowa suburb, owns two dozenhotels throughout the Midwest.

The new hotel will also have a Green Mill Restaurant and Bar. GreenMill, based in St. Paul, Minn., is a full-service restaurant and bar.Renovation is expected to cost about $5 million and be completed inFebruary.
