Late last week, a mayoral "Housing Production Team" recommendedimmediate planning for development in the central Coyote Valley.That dictate reverses city policy mandating slower growth in thearea. Several developers already have bought property or indicatedinterest in the North Coyote Valley area, including ShapellIndustries and Signature Properties.
