The project,completed by J.E. Dunn Construction, is the largestbeautification andimprovement in the history of the 90-year-oldJesuit University.Included in the project was the creation of anexpanded quadrangle,complete with 93-foot bell tower, fountain andpergola.

Also, a new artgallery, the Greenlease Gallery, was constructedbetween Sedgwick andVan Ackeren halls. It will hold theuniversity's collection of religiousart. The main entrance to theuniversity was moved from 53rd Streetto 54th Street
