Shamrock did $60 million in 1999 total sales of single-family,townhomes, condos and commercial. Breese projects aggregate salesof $134 million in Orange and Lake Counties this year.
Bob Breese, a partner ERA Breese Craft Hensley, says theShamrock deal was done because Orlando's bedroom communities inLake County are growing swiftly.
Breese is buying Shamrock's assets but not the firm's buildingat 100 W. Fifth Ave. in the center of Downtown Mount Dora, about 25miles west of Downtown Orlando.
