Under terms of the agreement, OnSite Access will gain accessrights to the 518,000-sf building, giving the company the abilityto provide approximately 50 tenants access to a full suite ofcommunications services, including local and long distance voiceservices, high-speed Internet access, and enhanced dataapplications. The Wedge tower, 1415 Louisiana, is a well-knownlandmark on the Houston skyline because the exterior of thebuilding is lined with green lights.
OnSite Access is currently providing services to businesseslocated within 14 office buildings in Houston, including First CityTower. The company has contracts to wire more than 4.45 million sfin Houston. In addition, OnSite Access is currently servicing morethan 125 million sf throughout 24 markets in the United States andCanada.
