SunCor built a two-story, 47,000-sf office building in the parkand opened it less than a year ago. That building is 95%leased.

With the strong leasing activity, low vacancy rates for officespace in the area and burgeoning growth in the West Valley, SunCorexecutives are looking at building a twin building next to thefirst one, although no schedule has been set.

The business park's leasing agent is Ron Simonsgaard, a formerbroker with Grubb & Ellis who semi-retired last year.
