ORANGE COUNTY, CA–Watlow AOV, an east coast manufacturer of industrial controls, has signed a seven-year, $1-million lease for an 20,593-sf industrial building in Anaheim.

The company will relocate to 1400 N. Kellogg Dr., suite A, which is less than one mile from it current facility. The reason for the relocation is to accommodate the company’s expansion plans and allow upgrading of its operations with high-tech equipment.

Brokers from Voit Commercial Brokerage’s Anaheim Metro office represented the lessor Kilroy Realty Group. Watlow was represented by brokers from Grubb & Ellis’ Anaheim office.
