Hines Picked to Develop Tysons Build-To-Suit

MCLEAN, VA-Mitretek Systems plans to move into the 253,000-sf building in November 2001.

MCLEAN, VA-Mitretek Systems Inc. has chosen Hines to develop an eight-story building on an 11-acre site in Tysons Corner, Va., for its corporate headquarters.

The nonprofit government contractor plans to move into the 253,000-sf building in November 2001. The project will include a three-level parking garage.

The Staubach Co. represented Mitretek. The Washington, DC office of SmithGroup, will design the building. Turner Construction will serve as the general contractor.
