LOS ANGELES-locally based private partnership has paid $11.6 million for a 280-unit apartment complex in the Inland Empire.

The rental complex, known as Maple Hill Apartments, is fully leased and stands at 18215 Foothill Blvd. in Fontana. It was acquired by Annmar Springs Unlimited Partnership, which was represented in the transaction by the Ontario office of Grubb & Ellis.

The seller, a San Diego-based private partnership known as Maple Hill Fontana Associates, was also represented by Grubb & Ellis’ Ontario office.
