Tri-National's plan for its senior housing subsidiary is tooffer housing, health care and personal support for elderlyresidents who need assistance with certain daily activities.
Alpine Gardens owns an additional 22.5-acre parcel in Temecula,with preliminary plans for 255 condominium units. Severaladditional parcels are under contract.
