The transactions were reported by GHP Office Realty, whichacquired the White Plains office complex just recently. Verizonsigned a long-term lease for 35,830 sf of space for itsInternational Division at 4 West Red Oak Lane, which totalsapproximately 130,000 sf. Cushman & Wakefield representedVerizon in the lease deal.
In addition, Houlihan-Parnes Realtors will relocate itsheadquarters operations from Central Park Ave., in Scarsdale to OneWest Red Oak Lane. The company signed a deal for 14,616 sf of spaceat the 20,000-sf building. The company, whose principals arepartners in GHP Office Realty, will occupy two of the three floorsof the building by end of the year.
