Two Lease Deals Signed at White Plains Complex

WHITE PLAINS-GHP Office Realty, the new owner of One and Four West Red Oak Lane in White Plains, announces two major lease signings totaling more than 50,000 sf of space that brings the office complex to 95% occupancy.

WHITE PLAINS-Verizon and Houlihan-Parnes Realtors have signed lease deals at One and Four West Red Oak Lane in White Plains which brings the 150,000 sf complex to near full occupancy.

The transactions were reported by GHP Office Realty, which acquired the White Plains office complex just recently. Verizon signed a long-term lease for 35,830 sf of space for its International Division at 4 West Red Oak Lane, which totals approximately 130,000 sf. Cushman & Wakefield represented Verizon in the lease deal.

In addition, Houlihan-Parnes Realtors will relocate its headquarters operations from Central Park Ave., in Scarsdale to One West Red Oak Lane. The company signed a deal for 14,616 sf of space at the 20,000-sf building. The company, whose principals are partners in GHP Office Realty, will occupy two of the three floors of the building by end of the year.
