Ultra Clean Technology has dedicated 3,000 sf for a cleanroomand 4,000 sf for warehousing. The company, which opened the siteyesterday, will hold a grand opening in mid-November. Ultra Clean,founded in 1991, employs 20 people in Austin, but plans to morethan double its workforce over the new few months as productiongears up. Manufacturing will begin by month's end.
A portion of the firm's California volume manufacturingoperation will be relocated to 500 Center Ridge Drive in Austin toenable new product development at its main operation. Ultra Cleanprovides gas and liquid management solutions for major capitalequipment manufacturers.
