The move, from 3030 Roanoake to 3125 Roanoke, now givesBoulevardBrewery nearly 30,000 square feet of storage space. Thebrewery isexpected to produce about 48,000 barrels of brew thisyear. Thatcompares to about 1 million barrels produced by bighitters such asAnheuser Busch, according to Boulevard Breweryspokeswoman Liz Olivarez.

Boulevard Brewery has its headquarters and actual brewery justdown thestreet at 2501 Southwest Boulevard. The lease for the newdistributionand storage facility was handled by Jeff Krum ofBoulevard Brewery. J.P.Fogel & Co. negotiated the lease for thelandlord.
