Christenson, with its base of operations here in Portland andlots of work in Seattle and Orange County, CA, plans to continueusing the Philips name and the company's 60 employees to expand itspresence in the Eugene area. Former owner Nathan Philips will begeneral manager of the new Eugene division.
Financial terms of the deal are not being disclosed. Christensonspokesman Tom Wright tells GolbeSt. the acquisition is part of thenow 770-person company's overall plan to expand its presence in theNorthwest. As part of that plan, the company opened an office inSeattle just six week ago. The company's gross revenues topped $100million last year, Wright says.
