Presidio View will be built on a 20.5-acre site on Hotel CircleNorth, near the Handlery Hotel and Resort. Developers will demolisha formermovie theater and tennis facility on the site. Apartmentsat the site would rent for up to $1,750 per month.
Some conservationists expressed concern at this week's CityCouncil meeting that the project could create flooding in thesurrounding area.
