It's a big loss for Trammell Crow Co., which marketed and leasedthe six-building complex in the heart of the city for severalyears. The center has 2.2 million sf of office space and 165,000 sfof retail space. It also has a MARTA station on the property.

Peachtree Center came into Colonnade's portfolio in January whenthe company purchased the operations of Taylor Simpson Group whichpaid $245 million for the property in 1998.

The leasing transfer to Colonnade has triggered assignmentchanges at Trammell Crow. Mike Shelly, Crow's senior vice presidentof leasing who headed intown leasing, including Peachtree Center,has been tapped to head all metro Atlanta leasing for the firm.
