GALVESTON-The developer of Silverleaf Seaside Resorts, a timeshare project on Galveston Island, has received approval to develop a 135-unit second phase.

The city’s planning commission has signed off on the expansion for the new timeshare beach resort that is being developed by Dallas-based Silverleaf Resorts Inc.
