Jeff Cattoor will fill the new managing director's post andSherry Reindeers CPA will assume the associate's role. The publicsector division provides solution-neutral technology services togovernment entities, non-profit operations, health-careorganizations, financial institutions and educational facilities.The financial services division delivers lease and ownershipfinancial structure advice and raises debt, equity and mezzaninecapital for real estate ventures.

Cattoor's project expertise encompasses the fields of retail,manufacturing, telecommunications, government and banking. He isexperienced in consulting, systems integration controls,information security, project management, secure e-commercesolutions, business continuity management and informationtechnology audit. He previously had worked as a senior manager forKPMG's Information Risk Management division.

Reindeers had served as a tax officer at Bank of America, whereshe had been responsible for trust accounts, capital gaindistributions and cost-basis adjustments for securities, realestate and oil and gas.
