SAN DIEGO–A local construction engineering company is managing and coordinating tenant improvements for Legacy Partners Commercial Inc.’s 307,082-sf office tower in Las Vegas.

The building, near the city’s convention center and the Las Vegas Strip, requires improvements to 202,741 sf of office space in a 12-story tower and 104,431 sf in a six-story parking plaza. The work includes retrofitting the structure for high-tech office tenants,interior and exterior upgrades and other renovations.

Randy Bills is serving as senior project manager for San Diego-based Gafcon Inc. Martin & Peltyn is the structural engineer and Jawa Design Studios is the interior designer.
