The building, near the city's convention center and the LasVegas Strip, requires improvements to 202,741 sf of office space ina 12-story tower and 104,431 sf in a six-story parking plaza. Thework includes retrofitting the structure for high-tech officetenants,interior and exterior upgrades and other renovations.
