Some of the major lease deals announced by Parker Corp. at the320,000 sf complex were: the 12,000 sf lease with the law firmMcCullough, Goldberger & Staudt, a 15,000 sf lease with GerberLife Insurance and Heritage Insurance, which signed a deal for12,000 sf. All three lease deals were signed in the upper $20 persf range, company officials note.

"This building has proven to be one of the most popular in theentire country as a blue chip corporate location," says Robert S.Skolnick, executive vice president of the Jack Parker Corp. "It hasshown us that the county is no longer just an archipelago ofstand-alone single-tenant campuses, but also a viable multi-tenantmarket." The property, which had formerly been occupied by adivision of IBM, had originally been marketed for a single-user,but Jack Parker Corp., decided to lease the property tomulti-tenants.

"The key to the incredibly rapid lease up of this property--ittook a little more than 18 months--was our willingness to do atotal renovation to the property before we had a single tenant inplace," Skolnick says.
