The 200,000-sf build-to-suit facility is going up at anestimated hard construction cost of $10 million in CreeksideBusiness Center. Completion is scheduled in March.
The company has taken a five-year lease on the entire buildingand will employ about 75 people. Rental rates for distributionspace in the area average $5 per sf.
John W. Rooker & Associates is developing the distributioncenter.
