Architects Dorsky Hodgson Move Offices, Add Principal

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-Architects Dorsky Hodgson + Partners are now occupying 11,000 sf of CBD space at 1 Financial Plaza. Established in 1970 and formerly operating from nearby Coconut Creek, the office services Florida clients and regional interests of national clients handled out of the firm’s other offices in Cleveland and Washington, DC.

A new principal at Dorsky Hodgson is Victor K.L. Yue, previously senior vice president at Arquitectonica International where he was responsible for managing that firm’s Miami headquarters and five branch offices in the US, Asia and Europe.

Current high-profile South Florida assignments for the local Dorsky Hodgson unit are the Strand, a 15-story residential-retail project in West Palm Beach; the Marriott Renaissance Hotel in Fort Lauderdale; and the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Sunrise.

Other projects include a mixed-use development in Downtown Fort Lauderdale, a riverfront office building in Miami and a waterfront lifestyle center in Palm Beach County.
