The first building, One Santa Fe Place, would be a 27-story,458,000-sf office tower bounded by Broadway, Pacific Highway and afuture extension of C Street that would be the first new officetower built in the Downtown area in 10 years.

Another phase of the project calls for a 20-story, 373,900-sfoffice tower, Two Santa Fe Place, on the south side of Broadway.Combined, the value of the two office buildings would be about $255million.

Catellus officials don't have any tenants for the towers, whichare not scheduled to break ground until early 2002. They wouldn'tbe completed until 2004.
