Private investors from Del Mar, California, Rich and Mary LouAmen, purchased the Villa Jay Apartments, a 34-unit complex at 5725N. 8th Place. The sale price equates to just over $38,000 perunit.

The complex was owned by another California couple, Vernon andDora Trail, for 13 years prior to the sale.

The Phoenix office of Marcus & Millichap represented bothprincipals in the transaction.
