The locally-based information technology project and consultingcompany is taking about 11,000 sf vacated by the Social SecurityAdministration, which moved its telecom service group to ODS Tower.The rest it is subleasing from Mass Mutual, which is relocating toRiviera Plaza, another downtown Louis Dreyfus property. The shufflewill take place before the end of the year, says Joe Vaughan, whoholds the listing assignment on behalf of locally-based brokerageNorris Beggs & Simpson.

ProDx is expanding from Parkside Center, where it is currentlysubleasing from Industrial Design Corp., which will expand into thespace, says Vaughan. Mass Mutual, doing some cost cutting, ismoving into 6,000-sf at Riviera. The building is undergoing a majorrenovation that includes all new windows, upgrades to all commonareas and a new paint job, among other things, says Vaughan, whorepresented Louis Dreyfus in both lease transactions.
