Revenues forthe Minneapolis-based builder of single-familyhomesand townhome complexes were up 24 percent to $75.8million forthe quarter ended Sept. 30. Backlog at theend of the quarter wascomprised of 580 homes with asales value of $120.2 million. A yearago, the backlogwas a sales value of $125 million representingbacklogof 712 homes.

Given that the company has exited fromthe Orlando, Ft. Myers andIndianapolis markets, on acomparable basis sales were up 15percent, while thenumber of homes is down 10 units. Besides theTwinCities area, Rottlund also has operations in DesMoines, IA,southern New Jersey and Tampa, FL.
