LIVERMORE, CA-Trumark Commercial announced yesterday plans todevelop Copper Hill Business Park. The 6.35-acre site is slated tocontain 76,000 sf of office/flex space across four buildings.
Located in Livermore along the 580 corridor, construction on theproject is expected to break ground in the beginning of next year.Trumark has been working to get city approval for the project formore than a year. As things stand currently, the first threebuildings have already been approved by the Planning Commission,with final approval of the last building expected by January.
Ron Winter, principal at Trumark, stated, “We've seenincreasingly strong demand for this type of product in theTri-Valley area and anticipate positive response from the market.”Lease rates are anticipated at about $1.60 per sf.
