In the first transaction, Prudential Securities has added anadditional 5,450 sf to its existing operations, bringing its totalspace at 51 JFK Parkway to more than 24,000 sf. Ed DaCosta of CBRichard Ellis represented the tenant. Also expanding isMetropolitan West Financial Inc., whose total square footage is nowmore than 6,200 sf.
Finally, T. Rowe Price Investment Services has renewed itslong-term lease for 2,781 sf. Peter Pattison of Peter Pattison Inc.represented the tenant.
