The 46-unit, first phase of Park Laurel on the Prado, is a$120-million luxury project on Bankers Hill at Sixth Avenue andLaurel Street.
Prices for the upscale townhomes and condos range from the$700,000s to about $3 million for a two-story penthouse. Theproject, which includes twin 14-story towers, is scheduled to beginconstruction early next year.
Locally based architecture firm Austin Veum Robbins Parshalledesigned the project.
