Located at Nokes and City Center boulevards, the contractorstarted work this week on the 95,000-sf, one-story building.Completion is scheduled for February 2001.

The speculative project, which will cost $14.4 million to build,is part of the 554-acre Dulles Town Center. It is master-plannedmixed-use project that will encompass 4.5 million square feet ofoffice space, 1,100 apartments and townhomes, hotels, health clubs,and recreational facilities. It also includes the 1.4 million-sfsuper regional mall that opened in April 1999.
