Moss Adams is a Seattle-based accounting and consulting firm.The Landmark II development stands at 11766 Wilshire Blvd. and isowned by LA-based Douglas Emmett & Co., which was representedin-house. The accounting firm was represented by the LA office ofCushman Realty.

Though none of the parties involved in the deal would releaseleasing figures, others sources have estimated that the 10-yearpact is valued at about $18 million.
